HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO BE READY?​

All of the products hand painted are made to order.

Jewellery orders - dispatched within 1-2 weeks

Wax melt orders - dispatched within 1-2 weeks

All hand-painted products are made to order -  dispatched within 2-3 weeks.

If you place an order with products from both sections above the dispatch time will be the 2-3 weeks

If you place a custom order this may take a little longer - You will be advised on this when placing the order. 

**NOTE** 

The turnaround is only a guide and may be extended during our busy periods and closer to Christmas

Custom orders are closed for December

HOW IS MY ORDER SENT?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and return items back within 21 days of delivery. Items on sale or custom orders can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

DEPOSIT POLICY

Upon placing a custom order we ask for a minimum 50% deposit. this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. When ordering I will arrange with you collection/shipping for the items
